Contract of sale

 

No contract will be formed until you have placed an order and received an email stating that your order has been received.

Should you notice an error in your order please notify us within 24hrs of placing it. This way we can do our best to make amendments. Certain products are outsourced therefore once in production are unable to be changed.

 

Making a purchase

 

When you purchase an item from us, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order and a unique order number. 

 

Once your item has been posted, you will receive an email confirming your purchase has been dispatched. You will normally receive a confirmation of postage email within three - four working days of your order being received and processed, how ever some personalised items especially any including foil elements will take longer - so please allow up to 14 days delivery for any personalised items.

 

Due to the nature of our business occasionally there may be external factors that affect order processing times - Should we know of any expected issues to production / delivery times a message will be displayed on our home page or you will receive an email directly.

 

In the unlikely event that the postage of your item is delayed, we will contact you to inform you of the date on which you can expect delivery.

 

Postage

 

All orders will be posted by Royal Mail second class service and may require a signature. Postage costs vary depending on weight of package.

 

If your order is late, please contact us. We can only refund non-deliveries when the parcel is officially classified as lost by the Royal Mail. This is 15 working days after the date of delivery. We will always try our best to make sure you get your items on time.

 

Pricing

 

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT and in GBP (£). We post world wide however postage costs will vary.

 

We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors on this site, including but not limited to those including price. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions and/or product and price information without any notice being given.

 

Quality

 

We strive to create products of the best quality. Each product description aims to provide as much information as possible. Please take care when selecting specific product sizes and colours.

Some items that include finishes such as foiling or hand painting may include slight defects due to the nature of the application. We do our best to minimise these and do not send any products we are unhappy with.

Always follow any care instructions that come with your items, keep prints away from direct sunlight to protect colours.

 

We want you to purchase from our website with confidence and in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us and we'll do our best to help.

 

Packaging

 

We make every effort to package your items attractively, safely and securely.

All prints and cards are protected in an individual Glassine envelope and posted in a cardboard back envelope.

Any large prints my be posted in a cardboard tube, please treat these carefully and manipulate gently to flatten before displaying.

Framed prints are wrapped in tissue paper and protected with layers of recyclable padding, they are then posted in a protective cardboard box. Where possible we recycle any delivery boxes to minimise waste.

Returns

Due to the nature of our business all prints and cards are non refundable. All prints are designed / personalised and printed on-demand.

 

Should you receive a faulty / damaged item please contact us immediately and we will rectify the problem as soon as possible.
